Well, for the money of course :P. And maybe the sponsor will also help make my game reach a wider audience than it would without a sponsor.

What a lame response to having a sponsor....money is very important. Who says fun can't be had making it either?
Anyway, you posted on my newbie thread and I'm just checkin' ya out saying thanks.
Btw, how much money do they pay for sponsorship if you don't mind me asking. I asked the guy who made Valahalla Knights II and he vaguely told me thousands of dollars.
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to reveal the exact sum what I got. Some sponsors don't like if people tell what they got. So ye a few thousands would be the right amount in my case aswell :). I will have to split it with an artist though.

Thanks. The game is about ready. I just need the necessary info from the sponsor to set up the highscores and such. Hopefully he'll get back to me with the info soon.
Hopefully the game will get frontpaged and you can catch it from there :). Hehe, but sure I'll let you know when it's out there :).

Eh? Thx for the info :P. The title is "My first game" after all... But if you'd like to split hairs, then I can list loads of my flashes. I just haven't submitted any of the "trying&learning" -crap to NG. Too bad not many share my views on that...

You didn't seem to understand. I was talking of the time it would take me to get a sponsor, that being about a week. The time I've put to make this game is about 2.5 months.
