good start

You got a good idea and you should expand on it. Think of some other way to utilize the shockwaves rather than turning over turtles. Sorry that I can't tell you what that other way is, you are going to have to come up with that yourself :).

I found a few bugs, all of them had to do with jumping. I'm not sure how this happened, but at one point I became unable to jump. And while I was at this state, pressing down would create the shockwave. It was like I was on the 'jump state' when I wasn't jumping. The problem fixed itself, I believe when I hit the wall it got fixed it.
Other jump bug was when I was on top of a turtle, I couldn't jump. This time it didn't make shockwaves when pressing down, I just couldnt jump. Getting off the turtle fixed the problem.
Also not sure if this was intentional, but I couldn't do the shockwave if I were touching the wall when jumping.

not bad

Interesting idea and good gameplay. But you should improve a bit with your level designing. The first 20 levels were like a walk in the park and you hit a brick wall hard. I completed the game so the 5 last levels weren't too hard, but looking back at my experience this game felt like 20 levels of tutorial and 5 levels of actual gaming. So if you make a sequel you should distribute the difficulty a bit better. Other than that, good job.

not for me

Good game for children aged 6 or under. Me being way over that, I didn't really get any kicks from this boring 'gotta catch 'em all' gameplay. The graphics were fine though. Could have been better if there were actually some dangers, but when there is no chance of 'dying' and you just need to collect these flowers which the levels are overwhelming with, I found the game to be quite boring.
I also didn't like the control scheme you got. When I want to speed up, the mouse easily goes away from the game screen which is just annoying.

very nice

Nice game. The graphics are good and the puzzles get very challenging. You've managed to make the difficulty curve very good. The puzzles difficulty seem to get higher just the right amount and solving the puzzles is very satisfying. No complaints, excellent puzzle game. Good job.

okay

Basis concept is alright but I found the power bar of the cannon annoying. The increase in power is too high. The power bar needs to be longer or charge slower, or an other way of determining the power of the shot. It was way too random at which speed the bomb was fired. That made this game more about luck than skill. The trial and error way of playing this kind of game was ruined because of this. I couldn't fire, look where the bomb went, adjust angle and fire again with the same speed. It always comes off faster or slower. I gave up on level 12 feeling annoyed.

bad instructions

Wtf is a "scroll bar"? I didn't see one on the screen, there isn't one in my keyboard and you are not talking about mouse scroll either. I didn't get to play this game as I pressed about every button on the keyboard with no effect. Next time make your game so people understand how to play it.

MakingFunGames responds:

The scroll bar is the slider bar with a rectangle on it at the bottom of the screen, When it tells you to click on it, there's a huge red arrow pointing at it....

I don't know how much more obvious I can make it...

lol

Jesus christ this passed with a score of 3.40? What a fucking depressive day for a game developer.

alright

I liked the graphics and the 'setting' was interesting too (can't really call it a story :P). The music fitted the game as well. The gameplay itself was bit lacking. To break it down; you are just moving your mouse from left to right dodging the objects. It provides a basic challenge but can't keep you entertained for long. It could use something more, like you could maybe jump over the objects. Well actually that probably isn't a good idea, but the point is; the player needs more things to do. Good effort though.

fun but buggy

Graphics are nice and it was fun playing this game while it lasted. There's at least two bad bugs, one annoying and other game breaking. The annoying bug is the wall-hit-lose-control bug. But since it's fun playing, that can be forgiven. The second bug however can't be forgiven, it's game breaking. I believe it was level 5, I had killed 109 robots, and it said 1 robot left. Where is that one robot? It's no where to be found. I tried shooting around the edges to no avail. It's game over right there.

Cutting out a lot of points for a game breaking bug, you should have really caught that in the testing phase. But I still recommend people trying the game, it was pretty fun.

same game submitted same day

This is like http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view /516210. Same idea, tetris with physics and you have to match 3. You guys had the same idea and just happened to submit on the same day? Not accusing anything, I think this was just a funny coincidence. That said, I like your version better, good job :).

boonclaw responds:

I did not click on your link, but i'm sure you mean Drop 3. It's really just a funny coincidence. We also happen to had our respective games for sale on flashgamelicense.com, both at the same time.

I like the things I like.
