nothing new or interesting

Only few new things, and it's debatable if they are good additions. The game concept is already simple so it's hard to add anything exciting and new to it. That's why it's amazing that this is already a third part. You are really milking your sponsors dry with this series, and why not if they pay you thousands every time. As a player who has played all the Gibblets games, this third one feels like beating a dead horse. I hope not to see a fourth game.

meh

His constant bouncing is making me nervous every time I get ready for a jump. I always think the jump is gonna fail cuz he is already mid air cuz of the bouncing. Too nerve wrecking game, and little boring.

is ok

It's an alright start but you could have tweaked it a bit more. The fat guy wants to fall on his back a little too easily. The bike also seems to be powered by two rats running in the wheels because it has like no power. If you lose momentum after a ramp, you can't even get over a small hill with the bike and you must restart. Riding the bike feels a bit too tedious and hard for it to be enjoyable. Could have used more work than just couple of weeks.

bad controls

A/D to move and Space to jump? What are you gingers, some monkey fingers? Make controls that normal people can use.

Freshpine99 responds:

A) I'm not Ginger.
B) I (and many people) find these controls alright. You must be retarded in some way or another.

nice

Good looking well made game. Everything is working smoothly and the game is well polished. It was perhaps little easy but there was enough challenge to play through it. Level 17 though was pretty bad cuz eventhough you can only do one thing in that level, the results are always different because of the physics. I had to try it like 5 times before I passed it, and everything you do is same but have different result.

good

Very good snooker game. Only thing that could be improved is that the resolution could be higher so I can see the angles better cuz sometimes I mess up dead-easy shots because of not having enough precision to see the angle.

NipponMonkey responds:

Thanks for the good review. Yeah, it's difficult to get the precision right, but you can see that once you master it, it's not too hard. If you click on the Recent Best Breaks button, you'll see breaks (points without missing) around the 100 mark and more.

nice

Nice looking game. Cute graphics. The music also seems to fit eventhough it has an asian theme to it. The game idea is pretty fun and there is much to play. But I had to stop playing after the 'monkey help' level.

There is just soooo many collision detection problems. The boxes often are flying in the air. In the last level I played, the small box was at a slight angle and I couldn't push it, I then pushed it back and it went straight and was floating in the air, then I thought I could push it normally but it went at bad angle again so I couldn't reach that one area because of it. The cow is getting stuck to corners, the jumping is buggy near walls and the cow gets inside the ground all the time.

Really a shame that a good looking fun game is ruined by million collision problems. I'll re-review if you fix the problems and resubmit, but as of now I can't give the good score is deserves.

pretty

Nice looking game. Good use of little 3D effects. Everything is working smoothly as well. Only complaint is that the gameplay is little boring.

okey

Unrealistic mission right off the bat. If you watched the show, you know that nopony gives a fuck about spike and nopony would go get him gems cuz he is "feeling the munchies".

infinitydash responds:

Thanks for the review. The "mission" is kinda supposed to be a joke, though. I fully realize that no one in the show would actually do that for Spike. (Well Pinkie Pie might, she probably would understand having the munchies pretty well and would be able to sympathize) :D

alright

It's a well made game and the graphics are smooth. But you made the most annoying thing in these games twice as annoying. I'm talking about hitting the last few bricks. In your game the bricks follow physics, so they don't drop through other bricks or get destroyed, they stand on top of other bricks. So when you get 3 bricks stacked, I'm constantly hitting them from above and since the top brick is loose already it makes no difference if I hit it billion times. Now I need to try to hit it from below, and well, like I said, twice as annoying.

ProjectNatalie responds:

Yep, there is some thing!
But as I tried to comply with the physics laws, I decided to leave everything as is.
If you'll hit from top, a stone lying on the ground, he did not fall through the ground.
And yet, it looks pretty cool, when you knock the last brick, and whole stack of bricks is falling on you! =)

Thanks for your thoughts!

I like the things I like.
